Because we live in a great “Trick or Treat” neighborhood, every Halloween our friends come over with their kids. The kids go trick-or-treating while the adults graze on a buffet and take turns greeting the ghouls, goblins and ghosts.
I think I’ll buy a nice mild cheddar – in a great orange color – and use The Olive Express to stuff some big ol’ black pitted olives. These should be a great addition on the buffet table for the Halloween bash. Bet the kids will even have a few of these in lieu of their candy!

Create made-to-order cocktails and hors d’oeuvres by filling pitted olives with flavor. Stuff olives with a variety of cheeses, chopped onion, minced garlic, crab or lobster meat.
